According to the U.S. Geological Survey data, the 2.9 magnitude earthquake occurred under the Sloan School on North O'Connor Blvd, north of Rochelle Rd and near Murl Dr (32.848°N 96.952°W)
The earthquake occurred at 3:22 a.m. (3:21:59) at a depth of 5.0 km.
Irving Police is not reporting any injuries or damages.
